This impressive accolade was bestowed upon Esme's Escape Luxury Shepherd's Hut earlier this Summer by Prestige Awards.
Prestige said 'During the awards process we invited over 100,000 businesses and corporate professionals, magazine contributors and our subscribers to nominate companies & individuals based on factors such as service, innovation, experience, sustainability and other areas. Additionally, our research team has put forward a selection of firms which they felt were deserving of recognition.'

We at Esme's Escape are absolutely delighted to be awarded 'Glamping Site of the Year -South West England 2023', particularly since Prestige Awards also found our Glamping business worthy of 'Luxury staycation business of the Year - South West England in 2022.
We work hard all year round to ensure glampers staying in our shepherd's hut enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable - for all the right reasons -staycation. Guests often comment on the stargazing from the log fired hot tub, the quality of the breakfast ingredients they receive for their first morning, the peaceful location and their delicious meal at our local pub The White Horse which is just a few minutes walk away.
While some choose Esme's Escape for their mini break due to its facilities (en-suite, induction hob, towels and robes, among other luxuries), others are drawn by the 1940's love story which inspired its styling. The WWII memorabilia which includes original photos of land girl Esme and her love Fred, a lantern, ration vouchers and Bakelite switches, creates a nostalgic atmosphere.
