We would really love to meet you and share the Esme’s Escape experience with you. We have created a nostalgic 1940’s land-girl space with little luxuries to make your stay very comfortable.

  • Tea bags, and a selection of Nespresso coffee pods (or feel free to bring your favourite flavour)

  • Miniature toiletries; shampoo, conditioner, shower gel

Inside:

And there’s more:

Where possible, and when needed, we will light the fire for your arrival so that your stay is cosy from the off.

We allow small dogs to join you for £20 per stay, please bring your dog's bed for him/her to sleep on as they are not permitted on the furnishings, full terms & conditions are available below.  Please note that while the garden is large enough for your pooch to roam and exercise in we do not guarantee it to be dog-proof if your furry friend is partial to escaping.

This Shepherd’s Hut combines the glamping experience with the convenience of a great foodie pub 'The White Horse' within a few hundred metres; some might call it ‘staggering distance’.

On Friday evenings we have The Cider Barn a very rustic bar which is just over a mile away, a country walk or short drive. There is a great atmosphere at this farmyard venue and they serve other drinks, you don't have to drink cider if you don't want to. A real Somerset experience.

We are lucky to have a farm shop in the neighbouring village of North Perrott a mile down the road and the pretty market town of Crewkerne just 2 miles down the A30, full of local shops and cafes.  The Haselbury Mill is within a mile as well, walking distance if you are attending a function there or wish to eat there during your stay.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or requests.

Had a lovely stay! The accommodation was quaint and perfect, the bed super comfortable. The hot tub was great, bigger than anticipated with twinkle lights to make the outside area really special :)

We had a prefect NYE break here, plenty of local recommendations but we chose to relax in the gorgeous hot tub. Karen and Simon were fantastic hosts from start to finish... we will definitely be looking to return!

What an amazing little place! Everything was perfect and so well though through. The additional touches were lovely, the cake was amazing and so was the breakfast, we couldn't ask for more.
